Diet

A plan built around how you actually eat, your week and your goal.

What this actually involves

Most diets fail for the same reason: they were written for somebody who does not exist. No job, no family, no late nights, and a kitchen with nothing in it that anyone actually likes.

A plan here starts from your week — what you eat now, when you eat it, who you cook for, what you will not give up. Then we change two or three things properly rather than fifteen at once.

  • Built from your actual weekYour schedule, your kitchen and your budget come first.

  • No banned foodsRestriction is why most plans collapse around month three.

  • Two or three changes at a timeFifteen attempted at once is how people make none.

  • Reviewed and adjustedThe first plan is a starting point, not a verdict.

How it is staged

Three stages, in this order

Each stage ends with a decision point — nothing moves forward on autopilot.

First consultation

Stage 01

First consultation

A full history: what you eat, when, your medical background, any medication, and what you actually want out of this.

Your plan

Stage 02

Your plan

Written around what you already do, with the changes we have agreed and the reason behind each one.

Review and adjust

Stage 03

Review and adjust

Measurements repeated, and the plan changed wherever it met a real week and lost.

Why it is done this way

What you get out of it

Food you will actually eat

A plan you resent is a plan you abandon.

Measured progress

The same measurements each time, so change is visible.

Explained, not prescribed

You leave understanding why, not just what.

Start to review

Compared against your baseline, not against a feeling

Every stage is recorded — vocabulary, sentence length, intelligibility, measurements and, where you have them, blood results. You see your own numbers next to where you started, which beats being told it is going well.

Questions

About diet

Will you put me on a very low calorie diet?

No. Rapid loss on very low intake costs you muscle and almost always comes back. The rate is set so the loss is mostly fat and the plan is survivable.

Do I have to cut carbs or gluten?

Not unless there is a medical reason. Cutting whole food groups without one narrows your diet and rarely changes the outcome.

How often do I come back?

Usually every two to four weeks at the start. The reviews are where the plan actually gets built.

I have a medical condition — can you still help?

Often yes, alongside your doctor. Bring your diagnosis, recent bloods and any medication. Nutrition supports medical treatment; it does not replace it.
